Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Create engaging content, including posts, graphics, videos, and blog articles that resonate with parents, caregivers, and families.
- Manage social media accounts, track performance, and optimize campaigns for growth and engagement.
- Collaborate with the product team to communicate app updates, features, and promotions.
- Monitor and respond to user inquiries and feedback on social channels.
- Develop and analyze performance metrics to gauge the effectiveness of marketing efforts and optimize strategies.
- Coordinate with influencers, partners, and affiliates to expand brand reach.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and competitor activities to continuously improve our marketing strategies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, etc.).
- Strong creative skills with the ability to develop visual content.
- Experience in content creation, including copywriting, graphic design, and video editing.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Knowledge of the caregiver/nanny industry is a plus.
