Sveli Oasis is a luxury vacation rental business duly registered in Nigeria to meet the growing demand for high-quality short-term rentals. The name "Sveli" is a heartfelt blend of the two founders middle name Svetlana and Elizabeth symbolizing their shared commitment to crafting exceptional stays for every guest. With a focus on modern, top-tier service, Sveli Oasis offers tastefully furnished apartments that strike the perfect balance between comfort, style, and convenience, ensuring guests feel truly at home. Our mission is simple: to offer impeccable service and the warmth of a true home-away-from-home, ensuring that every guest departs with lasting memories.


Join our Team:

We are looking for a creative and passionate individual to join Sveli Oasis on a hybrid basis for a 3-month contract, with the possibility of renewal. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a new luxury shortlet and property rental company, showcasing some of Lagos' most stunning vacation homes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Capture high-quality photos and videos of our properties (Minna's Place, Stellar’s Nest, Sveli Loft).
- Create engaging social media content and manage platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Linkedin and TikTok.
- Post regularly and grow our online presence, increasing followers and engagement.
- Run paid advertising campaigns to boost visibility and bookings.
- Collaborate with the team to maintain brand consistency and meet marketing goals.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in content creation and social media management.
- Must be based in Lagos and available to visit properties at least 2 times a week (Orchid Road and Lakowe)
- Ability to take good photos and videos.
- Experience with running social media ads.
- Excellent communication skills and creativity.
- Ability to think outside the box and create innovative content.

Location: Hybrid – remote work with onsite visits to properties in Lagos twice a week.

Compensation: This is a 3-month contract role with the possibility of a renewal. ₦150,000 per month.
