Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

Content Creation and Management:

  • Develop and execute social media content strategies that align with the company's brand and marketing goals.
  • Create high-quality, engaging, and creative posts, including text, images, videos, and graphics, for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
  • Schedule and publish posts using social media management tools.


Community Engagement:

  • Respond promptly to comments, messages, and inquiries from followers across all platforms in a professional and engaging manner.
  • Build and maintain relationships with the online community, fostering a positive image of the brand.
  • Monitor and address feedback, complaints, and reviews to enhance customer satisfaction.


Analytics and Reporting:

  • Track and analyze social media performance metrics (e.g., engagement rate, reach, impressions, and conversions).
  • Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights to improve social media strategies.
  • Monitor trends, audience preferences, and competitor activities to adjust content strategies accordingly.


Campaign Management:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute social media campaigns and promotions.
  • Manage paid social media advertisements, ensuring optimal targeting
  • Brainstorm and implement innovative ideas to drive engagement and audience growth.


Brand Representation:

  • Ensure all social media content aligns with the company's voice, tone, and branding guidelines.
  • Act as the organization's advocate on social media, maintaining a positive and consistent brand image.


Trend Monitoring:

  • Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage new features and platforms for business growth.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 0-1 year of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok).
  • Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
  • Analytical skills to interpret social media metrics and data.
