Fine & Country West Africa and The Finery are seeking a highly skilled Social Media & Press Coordinator with a strong background in copywriting, PR, and content production. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker who excels at crafting compelling narratives, managing corporate communications, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across traditional and digital media.


Key Responsibilities:

Content & Copywriting

  • Develop and manage high-quality articles, newsletters, press releases, and LinkedIn content.
  • Write and edit thought leadership pieces, blog posts, and corporate communications that align with brand positioning.
  • Ensure all copy adheres to brand voice, tone, and messaging guidelines.


Public Relations & Media Outreach

  • Cultivate relationships with journalists, media houses, and industry influencers to enhance brand visibility.
  • Coordinate press events, media briefings, and interviews to drive positive coverage.
  • Manage PR campaigns and ensure media placements across print, digital, and broadcast platforms.


Social Media & Corporate Communications

  • Oversee LinkedIn strategy, ensuring engagement with executives, industry leaders, and key audiences.
  • Manage corporate messaging across traditional and digital channels to maintain brand consistency.
  • Work closely with the design and content teams to develop branded content for social media and newsletters.


Event & Production Coordination

  • Liaise with videographers, photographers, and content producers and assist with capturing and managing corporate event coverage.
  • Plan and execute internal and external industry events, ensuring seamless media coverage and promotion.
  • Work with stakeholders to coordinate panel discussions, webinars, and live interviews.


Stakeholder & External Partnerships

  • Manage communications with real estate industry leaders, partners, and key stakeholders.
  • Oversee partnerships with traditional media, online publications, and PR agencies.
  • Ensure alignment between corporate goals and media outreach efforts.

Required Behaviours:

  • Proactive and results-driven, with a strong ability to take initiative.
  • Creative thinker with a keen eye for aesthetics and detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse audiences.
  • Organized and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.


Key Skills:

  • 2+ years of experience in PR, media relations, copywriting, or corporate communications.
  • Strong writing and storytelling skills with experience in corporate communications, press releases, and editorial content.
  • Proven track record of successful media placements and PR campaign execution.
  • Deep understanding of LinkedIn strategy, newsletter management, and executive branding.
  • Experience in event planning, content production, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Excellent project management skills and ability to coordinate multiple initiatives at once.
  • Strong relationships within media, real estate, or luxury sectors is a plus.
