Job Description
We are looking for a creative and driven Social Media Specialist to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our social media strategy to increase brand awareness, improve marketing efforts, and engage with our audience. You’ll work closely with our marketing team to create content, analyze metrics, and lead our brand presence across multiple social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media campaigns aligned with our marketing goals.
- Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written, and multimedia).
- Engage with our community on all social platforms, responding to inquiries and comments.
- Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and other team members to create compelling content.
- Monitor social media metrics and provide insights to optimize future campaigns.
- Keep up-to-date with social media trends, platform updates, and best practices.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: HND, OND, or BSc in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in social media management.
- Proficiency in social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
- Basic knowledge of UX/UI design is a plus.
- Strong communication, creative thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with social media analytics and management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
