Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a social media content calendar with trending and engaging posts.
- Create viral-worthy video, image, and interactive content tailored for Instagram, TikTok, and Snapchat.
- Stay updated on the latest social media trends, challenges, and viral moments to keep our brand relevant.
- Collaborate with designers, influencers, and content creators to enhance engagement.
- Schedule, post, and manage daily content across Instagram, TikTok, and Snapchat.
- Respond to comments, messages, and mentions to increase community engagement.
- Implement strategies like polls, giveaways, challenges, and interactive Q&A sessions to get users involved.
- Grow followers and engagement through organic and paid strategies.
- Plan and execute paid social media ad campaigns (Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads).
- Optimize ad performance using A/B testing, targeting, and retargeting strategies.
- Track key metrics (engagement, followers, reach, conversions) and provide monthly performance reports.
- Stay ahead of emerging trends and algorithm changes on social platforms.
- Test and introduce new engagement methods like AR filters, duets, and trending audio.
- Identify collaboration opportunities with influencers and brand ambassadors.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media content creation and management.
- Proven ability to create engaging and viral content for Instagram, TikTok, and Snapchat.
- Strong understanding of social media trends, challenges, and viral moments.
- Experience in collaborating with designers, influencers, and content creators.
- Proficiency in scheduling and managing daily posts across multiple platforms.
- Excellent community management skills, including responding to comments and messages.
- Knowledge of engagement strategies such as polls, giveaways, challenges, and interactive Q&A sessions.
- Experience in growing social media presence through organic and paid strategies.
- Hands-on experience with paid social media advertising (Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads).
- Strong analytical skills to track key metrics and optimize campaign performance.
- Ability to adapt to algorithm changes and emerging platform trends.
- Familiarity with interactive content features such as AR filters, duets, and trending audio.
- Excellent communication and creative storytelling skills.
- Must be able to identify and leverage influencer and brand ambassador opportunities.
