*Video Editor / Content creator

Pay is based on a performance-based model. You will receive $5 per video approved and posted on all our social media platforms.

We will have multiple short videos that must be made and posted daily across our different platforms. The same video will be posted on the following platforms: Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn. 

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in video editing. You will use Google Satellite View, AI voiceovers, Images, and B-roll video to highlight our properties. You will learn how to create the copy for each video to highlight why it's a great investment property and be responsible for conceptualizing, editing, and posting engaging video content across our social media platforms to promote our real estate properties to investors.

Responsibilities:

• Content Creation: Develop innovative and compelling video concepts that effectively showcase our real estate properties and resonate with our target audience.
• Video Editing: Utilize advanced video editing software to produce high-quality videos that meet our brand standards and engage viewers.
• Social Media Posting: Share edited videos on our social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, YouTube) and optimize them for maximum visibility.
• Collaboration: Work closely with our real estate team to understand their needs and ensure that our video content aligns with our overall marketing strategy.
• Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest trends and best practices in video production and social media marketing.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in video editing and content creation
• Proficiency in video editing software 
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms
• Excellent creative and storytelling skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication skills
