Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute innovative social media strategies that align with the brand's marketing objectives and overall business goals.
- Create, curate, and manage high-quality content (including graphics, captions, videos, etc.) for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, and other relevant platforms.
- Foster and maintain engagement with the brand’s community by responding to comments, direct messages, and mentions in a timely and authentic manner.
- Monitor and analyze social media trends, campaigns, and competitor activity to ensure the brand stays relevant and ahead of the curve.
- Utilize social media analytics tools to track campaign performance, audience growth, and engagement metrics, and adjust strategies as needed.
- Collaborate with the creative team to ensure content is visually aligned with brand identity and resonates with the target audience.
- Create social media calendars to plan, organize, and schedule content across all platforms in advance.
- Manage and coordinate influencer partnerships and collaborations to expand brand reach and credibility.
- Oversee paid social media campaigns (e.g., Instagram Ads, Facebook Ads) to drive conversions and increase brand visibility.
- Work closely with the marketing team to align social media efforts with broader marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
- Stay informed about the latest social media features, tools, and industry trends to continuously improve the brand’s digital presence.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Fashion, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of proven experience in social media management or strategy, preferably in the fashion or lifestyle industry.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, Pinterest) and best practices for each.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to craft compelling content.
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools (e.g., Instagram Insights, Facebook Analytics, Hootsuite, etc.).
- Creative thinker with the ability to come up with fresh and engaging ideas for social content.
- Strong understanding of the target audience in the women’s wear market.
- Experience with paid social media advertising is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
