Job Description/Requirements

JOB OBJECTIVES

To create and manage content for PNG brands across multiple digital platforms through the creation of engaging and impactful campaigns & content according to requirements that capture and promote the company’s vision.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Plan, create and implement our social media strategies across brands
  • Content management across multiple social media platforms including but not
  • limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube
  • Identify insights and social media trends of campaigns through data analytics
  • Use data to inform campaigns and social media posts across social media accounts.
  • Liaise with external stakeholders such as digital agencies, media agencies, influencers etc.
  • Pitch content/creative ideas, when necessary.
  • Monitor, engage and grow our online communities through best-practice
  • community management.
  • Collaborate with brand managers to launch projects.
  • Monitor and analyze competitor social media communities and social channels
  • Manage projects adhering to the social media strategy and overall digital marketing strategy
  • Monitor and uphold brand consistency, customer engagement and increase brand awareness across executions.


EDUCATION

B.Sc/BA from a reputable institution


EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in social media marketing
  • Good copy writing skills for digital-first content
  • Thorough understanding of all major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, and YouTube)
  • Experience with social/digital media management tools (e.g. Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, and Google Analytics), minimal creative design ability on Canva will be an advantage


KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

  • Understanding of digital platforms best practices and technicalities
  • Knowledge of copywriting and community management
  • Familiarity with media promotion and reporting on digital platforms.
