Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:


Social Media Management:


  • Oversee content planning, scheduling, and engagement on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter (X), LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok.
  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries across social media platforms.


Content Strategy & Digital Marketing:

  • Develop and execute content strategies to increase brand awareness and audience interaction.
  • Work with designers, writers, and video editors to create engaging digital content.


Website Management & SEO:

  • Regularly update and maintain Coded TV’s website to ensure fresh, optimized, and user-friendly content.
  • Optimize web pages for SEO and search engine ranking.
  • Track and analyze website and social media performance metrics.


Ad Campaigns & Promotions:

  • Manage and monitor paid advertising campaigns on social media and Google Ads.
  • Optimize ads to increase traffic, engagement, and conversions.


Collaboration & Reporting:

  • Work closely with content teams, designers, and marketing specialists to enhance digital reach.
  • Generate reports on social media and website performance, providing insights and recommendations for growth.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Proven experience managing social media accounts and websites for brands or businesses.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and social media insights tools.
  • Experience with Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Ability to create and edit basic graphics using Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team, meet deadlines, and adapt to fast-changing digital trends.
