Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and passionate Content Creator and Social Media Manager to join the team of our client in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing content strategies to enhance our brand presence, engage our audience, and drive growth across various social media platforms.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
  • Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals
  • Set specific objectives and report on ROI
  • Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos, and news)
  • Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics
  • Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales and customer service to ensure brand consistency
  • Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner, and monitor customer reviews
  • Oversee social media accounts’ design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures, and blog layout)
  • Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
  • Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • 3 - 5 experience as a Social Media Manager or Content Creator
  • Familiarity with paid social media advertising and campaign management.
  • Proven experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Manager, or similar role.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing your content creation and social media management skills.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using social media platforms and tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and web traffic metrics.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
