Job Summary
We are seeking a highly creative and results-driven Social Media and Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop, curate, and manage high-quality content (text, images, videos) tailored to our brand voice for social media platforms.
- Plan and maintain a consistent content calendar for social media channels, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with company objectives.
- Collaborate with the design and marketing team to ensure cohesive messaging and brand representation.
- Monitor and manage daily social media activities, including posting, engagement, and responding to comments/messages.
- Grow and nurture our online community by building meaningful relationships with followers, customers, and influencers.
- Track, analyze, and report on the performance of social media campaigns using analytics tools, offering insights to optimize future efforts.
- Develop and execute targeted digital marketing campaigns, including paid social, Google Ads, email marketing, and display advertising.
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve website traffic and search engine rankings.
- Create and optimize landing pages and marketing funnels to maximize lead generation and conversions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and platform updates to ensure innovative and relevant strategies.
- Identify and engage with potential brand ambassadors and influencers to expand reach and visibility.
- Manage collaborations and partnerships with third-party vendors for marketing initiatives as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, Digital Marketer, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok) and their analytics tools.
- Hands-on experience with digital advertising platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
- Solid understanding of SEO, SEM, and email marketing techniques.
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills with an eye for detail.
- Ability to analyze data and create actionable strategies to meet KPIs and objectives.
- Experience with tools like Canva or similar design platforms is a plus.
