Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Social Media Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with the company’s goals and objectives.
- Plan, create, and curate content for social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Analyze competitors’ social media strategies to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Monitor, track, and report on key performance metrics (KPIs) for social media campaigns and make data-driven decisions for optimization.
Content Creation & Management:
- Produce high-quality, engaging, and visually appealing content (graphics, photos, videos, and written posts).
- Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to ensure content is on-brand and consistent with the company’s messaging.
- Manage content calendars to ensure timely and consistent posting.
Community Engagement:
- Actively engage with followers, responding to comments, messages, and mentions.
- Build and maintain relationships with influencers, brand ambassadors, and key online communities.
- Monitor and manage the company’s online reputation by addressing customer concerns and feedback promptly.
Campaign Management:
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid social media campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and conversions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate social media campaigns with other marketing efforts, such as email, PR, and content marketing.
- Track social media trends and emerging platforms to ensure the company stays ahead of the curve.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Sprout Social) to track social media performance.
- Provide regular reports on social media metrics, campaign performance, and ROI to stakeholders.
- Adjust strategies based on data insights to improve engagement and reach.
Requirements:
