Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

Social Media Strategy & Planning:

  • Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with the company’s goals and objectives.
  • Plan, create, and curate content for social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Analyze competitors’ social media strategies to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Monitor, track, and report on key performance metrics (KPIs) for social media campaigns and make data-driven decisions for optimization.


Content Creation & Management:

  • Produce high-quality, engaging, and visually appealing content (graphics, photos, videos, and written posts).
  • Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to ensure content is on-brand and consistent with the company’s messaging.
  • Manage content calendars to ensure timely and consistent posting.


Community Engagement:

  • Actively engage with followers, responding to comments, messages, and mentions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with influencers, brand ambassadors, and key online communities.
  • Monitor and manage the company’s online reputation by addressing customer concerns and feedback promptly.


Campaign Management:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid social media campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and conversions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate social media campaigns with other marketing efforts, such as email, PR, and content marketing.
  • Track social media trends and emerging platforms to ensure the company stays ahead of the curve.


Analytics & Reporting:

  • Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Sprout Social) to track social media performance.
  • Provide regular reports on social media metrics, campaign performance, and ROI to stakeholders.
  • Adjust strategies based on data insights to improve engagement and reach.


Requirements:

  • 4 years experience
  • Degree in a related field
