Software Business Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and requirements.
• Conduct detailed analysis of business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories.
• Work with development teams to ensure technical solutions align with business needs.
• Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Create and maintain documentation, including requirements, process flows, and use cases.
• Assist in the planning and execution of testing and quality assurance activities.
• Provide support during the implementation and post-implementation phases.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Continuously monitor project progress and adjust requirements as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role within the software development industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in creating clear and concise documentation.
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with business analysis tools and software (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the tech or web development industry.
• Knowledge of UX/UI principles and best practices.
• Familiarity with SQL and database management.
• Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA).
