Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients, resolving software-related issues efficiently.
- Assist in the design, development, testing, and maintenance of software applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions.
- Continuously improve legacy software quality by identifying bugs and suggesting enhancements.
- Document technical processes and provide training to end-users as needed.
Requirements:
- A degree or HND
- Minimum 2 years of experience in software support and development (NYSC year Inclusive).
- Proficiency in programming languages such as:.Net, Python, JAVA, other Microsoft APPs, etc
- Ability to demonstrate general Data structure and algorithm coding skills.
- Experience with relational databases and SQL is desirable
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
