Powered by AI-driven workflow automation, Workroomly aims to eliminate the inefficiencies of juggling multiple tools and deliver a seamless user experience for remote and hybrid teams.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a talented Product Engineer with at least 2 years of professional experience in mobile and backend development using Flutter and Python Django. You will work under the Techoga umbrella with a dedicated focus on advancing the Workroomly product, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative, scalable, and robust software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full-Stack Development:
• Mobile Development: Design, develop, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications for Workroomly using Flutter, ensuring a high-performance, responsive, and intuitive user interface.
• Backend Development: Build and maintain robust backend services using Python Django, including RESTful API development, database design, and integration with third-party services

• Feature Implementation & Enhancement:
• Collaborate with Product Managers, UX/UI Designers, and QA Engineers to translate product requirements into scalable features for Workroomly.
• Develop new functionalities and iterate on existing features to continuously improve the product.

• Integration & Scalability:
• Build and maintain seamless API integrations with popular SaaS tools to enhance Workroomly’s capabilities without disrupting existing functionalities.
• Optimize both mobile and backend systems for performance and scalability to support our growing user base.

• Agile Development & Quality Assurance:
• Actively participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Conduct thorough code reviews, write unit/integration tests, and ensure adherence to best coding practices to maintain a robust codebase.

• Continuous Improvement & Innovation:
• Monitor system performance and gather user feedback to identify areas for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and propose innovative solutions that can be incorporated into Workroomly’s roadmap.

• Collaboration & Documentation:
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure technical alignment and clear communication of requirements.
• Produce detailed technical documentation to support ongoing development and maintenance.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of professional experience in software development.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in Flutter for building cross-platform mobile applications
• Strong experience with Python Django, including RESTful API development and database design.
• Familiarity with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and agile methodologies.

• Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to diagnose complex issues and optimize performance effectively.
• Communication: Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a cross-functional team environment.
• Onsite Requirement: Must be available to work onsite in Ibadan, Oyo State.
