Software Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain custom Shopify API integrations to enable real-time product data optimization for Google Shopping and Search Ads.
• Develop and optimize tools for ad automation, including workflows for bid adjustments, audience segmentation, and campaign insights.
• Create scalable dashboards and systems to visualize performance data and drive actionable insights.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code that stands the test of time.
• Collaborate with a small but dedicated team to implement innovative tech solutions for eCommerce and digital advertising challenges.
• Continuously enhance performance, reliability, and scalability of tools and systems.

Requirements:

• A Portfolio of Excellence: Your portfolio should showcase projects where you’ve built tools or systems that solved complex problems.
• Proven Builder: You are hands-on and have a track record of delivering impactful products with minimal oversight.

Technical Expertise:

• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or similar languages.
• Strong experience with APIs (Google Ads or ideally both Shopify API)
• Knowledge of modern front-end frameworks like React or Vue.js.
• Back-end experience with frameworks like Node.js, Django, or Flask.
• Database experience (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).

Nice to Have:

• Ad Tech Knowledge: Familiarity with Google Shopping, Search Ads, and e-commerce systems is a major plus.
• Problem-Solving Mindset: You thrive in solving problems efficiently and innovatively.
