We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Software Sales Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying potential customers, understanding their unique software needs, and demonstrating how our solutions can add value to their business. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of software products, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in B2B sales.


Role Description

This is a contract remote role for a Software Sales Consultant (NYSC) at Neptune Apps Ltd in nationwide. The Software Sales Consultant will be responsible for software sales, communication with clients, providing sales support, and ensuring excellent customer service.


Key Responsibilities:


Client Acquisition: Identify, qualify, and engage prospective clients through various lead generation techniques, including cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.


Solution Consultation: Understand client needs and recommend appropriate software solutions, tailoring product demonstrations to showcase how our products can meet or exceed client expectations.


Sales Presentations: Conduct in-depth presentations and demonstrations of our software products, focusing on features, benefits, and value propositions that align with client needs.


Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their evolving needs and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.


Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas by following a structured sales process, closing deals, and managing the sales pipeline effectively.


Market Insight: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and software innovations to provide clients with insights and tailored recommendations.


CRM Management: Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities, client interactions, and follow-ups, ensuring all client data is up-to-date and accurate.


Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product development, and customer support teams to align on sales strategies, client feedback, and new software features.
