Responsibilities:

- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to understand their needs, address any concerns, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services.
- Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, understand industry trends, and stay informed about competitors' offerings.
- Product Demonstration: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features, benefits, and value proposition of our software solutions to prospective clients.
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to achieve sales targets and objectives, including identifying key decision-makers, developing tailored sales pitches, and negotiating contracts.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Manage the sales pipeline effectively by tracking leads, prospects, and opportunities through the sales process, from initial contact to closure.
- Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop targeted marketing campaigns and materials to support sales efforts.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular sales reports and analysis to track performance against targets, identify areas for improvement, and provide insights for strategic decision-making.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven track record of success in software sales, with a minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience in a sales role, preferably selling software solutions.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques, with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high degree of self-motivation and initiative.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads, track progress, and generate reports.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset, with the ability to identify opportunities and overcome challenges in a dynamic sales environment.
