Job Description/Requirements
As a Solar Energy Sales Executive, you will play a key role in generating leads, developing customer relationships, and closing sales for our solar energy products and services. You will educate potential customers on the benefits of switching to solar, tailor solutions to meet their energy needs, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and follow up on sales leads to acquire new customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Conduct consultations to assess customer energy needs and present suitable solar solutions.
- Provide detailed information on product specifications, benefits, and financing options.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare and submit sales reports to the sales manager.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the renewable energy or solar industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand technical product details and explain them in layman's terms.
- Self-motivated with a goal-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
