Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of strategies for new business units, acting as the primary driver of growth and innovation.
- Identify market opportunities, define goals, and create actionable plans to achieve revenue and engagement targets.
- Develop and execute content marketing strategies (blogs, social media, newsletters) to build brand awareness and attract leads.
- Create engaging, SEO-friendly content that resonates with target audiences and positions Nimbou Cloud as a thought leader.
- Conduct outbound calls to generate leads, pitch services, and convert prospects into paying clients.
- Manage the full sales cycle: lead nurturing, follow-ups, negotiations, and closing deals.
- Maintain a robust pipeline using CRM tools (e.g., Zoho CRM) and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Monitor client satisfaction, address concerns, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Build long-term relationships to drive retention and turn clients into advocates.
- Manage day-to-day operations of new business units, from marketing to delivery.
- Coordinate with internal teams (finance, tech, HR) to ensure seamless execution of projects.
- Track KPIs (conversion rates, customer retention, revenue growth) and adjust strategies based on insights.
- Prepare regular reports on performance metrics and present findings to stakeholders.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of working experience
- BSc. Degree in any relevant course of study
