Solution Architect – Unified Communication

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: *

-Design and architect unified communication solutions, including integration

of voice, video, messaging, and collaboration tools that align with clients'

business needs.

-Lead the creation of high-level and detailed solution architectures, ensuring

they meet performance, scalability, security, and integration requirements.

-Lead discovery sessions and workshops with clients to gather business and

technical requirements for unified communication solutions.

-Oversee the implementation of UC solutions, ensuring they are delivered on

time, within budget, and in accordance with defined scope.

-Design and implement seamless integration of UC solutions with existing

enterprise systems, such as CRM, ERP, and other productivity tools.

-Assist in developing ongoing support plans, including maintenance, upgrades,

and system improvements.

-Continuously research and evaluate emerging UC technologies, trends, and

industry innovations to ensure the company remains a leader in delivering

cutting-edge solutions.

Qualification

.A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology,

Telecommunications, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus but not required.

∙Industry certifications related to unified communications (e.g., Microsoft Certified:

Teams Voice Engineer Associate, Cisco Collaboration, etc.) are highly desirable.

∙Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in IT or enterprise architecture, with a strong

focus on unified communications, collaboration tools, and digital transformation

projects.

∙Proven track record of designing, deploying, and supporting enterprise-level unified

communication solutions, including voice, video, chat, and conferencing systems.

∙Experience with multiple UC platforms (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Cisco Webex, Zoom,

Slack, etc.), cloud communication services, and network design for UC environments.

∙Strong understanding of IP telephony, SIP, VoIP, video conferencing protocols, and

enterprise networking.
