A leading FMCG company is hiring a Brand Manager.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Oversee the brands marketing life cycle and maintain brand integrity across product lines, advertising and all other internal and external communication.
- Monitor and evaluate integrated marketing communication activities on brands to ensure compliance with approved brand budget, enhance brand positioning, and benchmark competition achievement of set objectives.
- Assist the marketing manager in the process of new product development and brand improvements.
- Manage marketing campaigns across print, broadcast and online platforms to ensure products meet customers expectations and build the credibility of the company brand. Monitor market trends, competitive activity and develop appropriate tactics to contain competition.
- Translate brand strategies into brand plans, brand positioning and go-to-market strategies.
- Ensure effective coordination of product promotion activities for visibility of the company brands in all marketing channels.
Qualifications & Requirement
- First degree or its equivalent in Marketing, Mass Communication, Public Relations, Journalism or related disciplines.
- Professional Certification in Marketing (NIMN, CMMP, etc.) is an added advantage
- Minimum of 10 years experience in marketing, with at least 3 years at a supervisory level and exposure to FMCG environment. Experience in FMCG industry is an added advantage
- Nature of Work: Day and Onsite
