- Assist the Executive Chef in kitchen operations
- Prepare and cook dishes to high standards
- Manage kitchen staff and maintain a clean, safe environment
- Plan and execute outdoor events (catering, weddings, etc.)
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and staff
- Ensure timely delivery and quality service
*Requirements:*
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience
- Proven sous chef and events management experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure
