Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of every spa location.
- Liaise with training and standards teams to set operational standards across all locations.
- Oversee all departments including housekeeping, customer service, admin & inventory, therapists, and facilities.
- Analyze trends and metrics related to spa operations.
- Actively grow revenue and profit lines by ensuring efficient use of supplies and creating incentives and loyalty programs.
- Collaborate with the management accountant to control costs, adhere to budgeting guidelines, and maximize sales.
- Submit daily/weekly detailed operations reports.
- Ensure top-notch inventory management
Requirements:
- 4-5 years of leadership experience in a supervisory or management role required
- Must be able to communicate effectively with the team and guests
- Able to diffuse guest-related issues promptly
- Experience in a spa environment
- SpaSoft experience is highly recommended but not necessary
- Must reside around Lekki, Ikota, or Ajah axis
Location: Ikota Villa Estate, Lekki, Lagos
Working Hours: Monday- Saturday
Remuneration: NGN 150,000 Monthly
