Spa Therapist

Responsibilities:

• Perform a range of spa treatments, including but not limited to massages, facials, body wraps, scrubs, and other therapeutic services.
• Conduct consultations with clients to understand their needs and tailor treatments accordingly.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all equipment and supplies are sanitized and stocked.
• Educate clients on spa products and services, recommending treatments and home care routines to enhance their wellness experience.
• Stay updated on the latest spa treatments, products, and techniques to provide clients with the best possible care.
• Ensure compliance with all spa policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Foster a welcoming and relaxing environment for clients, promoting a sense of tranquillity and well-being.

Requirements:

• Certification or diploma in Massage Therapy, Aesthetics, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Spa Therapist or similar role in a spa or wellness centre.
• Strong knowledge of various massage techniques, skin care treatments, and body therapies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on client care and satisfaction.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• High level of professionalism, hygiene, and attention to detail.
