Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Prepare daily executive briefings with KPIs, risks, and action plans for all business units.
- Conduct deep dives into property management (lease audits, tenant/vendor issues), bank compliance (CBN regulations), and government contract deliverables.
- Hotels: Monitor VIP guest logistics, occupancy rates, and incident resolution.
- Bank: Track loan portfolios, collateral (linked to real estate), and regulatory filings.
- Property Mgmt.: Oversee rent rolls, maintenance, and tenant relations.
- Act as the first responder for emergencies (e.g., property fires, bank liquidity crunches).
- Ensure 100% compliance across government contracts and financial audits.
- Maintain granular trackers for leases, contracts, and MD’s priorities.
- Verify all data/reports before MD review (zero tolerance for errors).
Requirements
- A minimum of an HND in business, law, finance, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3-5 years in executive support, operations, or property/banking compliance.
- Mastery of Excel, Power BI, or property management software (e.g., AppFolio).
- Obsessive documentation (Notion, ClickUp).
- Ability to act under pressure (fire drills, regulatory raids).
- Proactive, relentless follow-through, discreet with high-stakes information.
