Sports/MSK Physiotherapist

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' conditions, including a comprehensive evaluation of musculoskeletal issues and sports-related injuries.
• Develop personalized treatment plans and implement evidence-based interventions to address patients' specific needs and goals.
• Provide manual therapy, exercise prescriptions, and other therapeutic modalities to promote recovery and improve performance.
• Educate patients on injury prevention strategies, proper body mechanics, and exercises for self-management.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians, coaches, and trainers, to ensure a holistic and coordinated approach to patient care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including treatment progress notes and documentation of interventions.
• Stay abreast of current research and advancements in sports physiotherapy and musculoskeletal rehabilitation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy or a related field.
• Valid license to practice as a physiotherapist.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Sports/MSK Physiotherapist.
• In-depth knowledge of sports injuries, musculoskeletal conditions, and rehabilitation protocols.
• Strong manual therapy skills, including joint mobilization, soft tissue techniques, and taping.
• Proficiency in designing exercise programs tailored to individual needs and goals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with patients and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to work independently and manage a diverse caseload efficiently.
