The Position

We’re looking for a Junior Recruiter to join our team. The position is available full-time or part-time, offering flexibility to fit your schedule.

Your Responsibilities as a Junior Recruiter:

• Source tech profiles and identify qualified candidates in Africa and Latin America
• Use our platform to evaluate candidates' skills through automated assessments
• Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a smooth, professional experience
• Collaborate with internal teams to refine and improve our recruitment practices
• Help manage our talent database and track candidates throughout their journey
