Job Summary
The Stock Controller’s principal duty is the organization and constant monitoring of inventory. He or She must have a general knowledge of retail or supply chain management; and in-depth understanding of stock control processes, to include placing purchase orders.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and take responsibility alongside the store manager for write off and ensuring the approved write off threshold is maintained.
- Resolve price differences between POs and invoices in direct contact with the category managers.
- Resolve issues of skills/items not sellable at the fill.
- Coordinates inventory count and performs periodic audit on inventory in liaison with the Snr Accountant.
- Actively monitor the receiving of goods, ensuring the GR business process is being adhered to and flagging discrepancies to the Head of Operations/Commercial Manager.
- Work with store managers to take responsibility to plan stock replenishment.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1year work experience as a stock controller
- Minimum of SSCE certificate is required
