As a Storekeeper, you will be responsible for managing inventory, ensuring the availability of supplies, and overseeing the storage of hotel items. You’ll play a crucial role in ensuring our hotel’s facilities are well-stocked and ready to provide the best possible experience to our guests.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee inventory of all hotel supplies, including linens, toiletries, cleaning products, and food & beverage items.
- Record and track stock levels, ordering supplies as needed to ensure availability.
- Maintain meticulous documentation of stock movements, deliveries, and usage.
- Ensure the proper storage and organization of items to maintain easy access and prevent damage.
- Coordinate with other departments to fulfill supply requests promptly.
- Regularly inspect and report the condition of stored goods, ensuring all items meet quality standards.
- Ensure cleanliness and safety of storage areas.
Requirements:
- Proven knowledge of inventory management, with a strong ability to track and document supplies accurately.
- Previous experience as a storekeeper or in inventory management (preferably in the hospitality industry).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to handle physical work (lifting, stocking).
- Proficiency in basic computer programs (Excel, inventory management systems).
