Store Keeper

Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and products.
• Organize and maintain inventory in an orderly and accessible manner.
• Ensure accurate labeling and storage of items to facilitate easy identification and retrieval.
• Maintain up-to-date records of stock levels, orders, and deliveries.
• Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile with system records.
• Monitor stock levels and place orders for replenishment as needed.
• Prepare and dispatch orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
• Collaborate with other departments to fulfill material and product requests.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in storage and handling of materials.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the storage area.
• Use inventory management software to update and track stock movements.
• Assist with the implementation of inventory control procedures and best practices.
• Address any discrepancies or issues with inventory promptly.

Requirements:

• Secondary school certificate or equivalent; additional education or certification in inventory management or logistics is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Store Keeper, Warehouse Manager, or similar role.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
• Proficient in the use of inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
