We are looking for a reliable and organized storekeeper to manage the inventory and stock for our vape shop. The ideal candidate will oversee receiving, storing, and issuing products while ensuring accurate record-keeping and maintaining a clean and orderly stockroom.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Implement the standard operating procedures for all business operational activities.
- Builds strong relationships by addressing customer issues and complaints in a timely manner.
- Provides operational support and guidance to staff in the hub.
- Monitors and controls expenses according to the allotted budget.
- Manages work assignments and allocation for Riders.
- Maintains accurate and clear documentation for operational procedures and activities.
- Works in compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Ensures the team follows standard operating procedures for all operational functions.
- Supports operational risk and audit processes for the purpose of preventive maintenance.
- Conducts daily checks on Riders’ movements & puts them through on how to handle customers’ orders.
- Carries out daily check up on the motorcycles to ensure they are in good working condition.
- Carry out Rider’s training on service conducts and other related topics.
- Ensures motorcycles are serviced every fortnight.
- Manages motorcycle fuelling in line with the company’s policy
- Daily monitors the company dashboard to see how Riders are fulfilling customers’ requests.
- Recruit and interview new riders as the need arises.
- Conducts daily checks on customers’ Apps to see if there is an effective flow of operations & liaises with app
- Developers to resolve issues when they arise.
- Prepare weekly reports to management.
Requirements:
- SSCE/Diploma/OND
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role
