Store Keeper

Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming stock and supplies.
• Organize and store products efficiently to ensure easy access and prevent damage.
• Regularly update inventory records using the shop’s inventory management system.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages or overstock to the Store Manager.
• Conduct periodic inventory audits to ensure accuracy.
• Label and store products, ensuring they are in the correct location.
• Check product expiration dates and rotate stock as necessary.
• Prepare and package products for display in the retail area.
• Follow all safety and regulatory guidelines for handling vaping products and supplies.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the stockroom.
• Ensure all stock is securely stored and protected from theft or damage.
  
• Quickly retrieve requested items from storage to replenish the sales floor.
• Assist with product displays and promotions as needed.
• Help with occasional customer inquiries regarding product availability.
  
• Report inventory discrepancies, damaged goods, or shortages to the Store Manager.
• Communicate with suppliers regarding deliveries or returns when necessary.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in inventory management or a similar role (preferred).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
• Basic computer skills for using inventory management software.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy boxes or equipment as needed.
• Must be 18/21+ (depending on local regulations).
