Job Summary

Our client, Bronks and Montgomery is the foremost luxury legal outfitters in Africa. The brand is dedicated to giving lawyers the luxury, finesse and panache that would make them stand out in their profession the way they so desire. We specialise in delivering world class and luxurious legal wears (wigs, gowns, accessories, suits, shirts, corporate dresses) to Law Undergraduates, Nigerian Law School students, Lawyers, Judges, Senior Advocates and lovers of quality corporate wears across Nigeria and Africa as a whole. We are looking for a qualified and experienced Store Manager to join our team.

  • Minimum Qualification : High School (S.S.C.E)
  • Experience Level : Entry level
  • Experience Length : 1 year

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate all daily operations within the store.
  • Ensure the store is organized, clean, and visually appealing.
  • Manage opening and closing procedures.
  • Handle cash management and ensure adherence to company policies.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing personalized service.
  • Address customer queries, and complaints, and ensure resolution in a timely and professional manner.
  • Foster positive relationships with customers to build brand loyalty.
  • Oversee stock levels and ensure timely replenishment of products.
  • Conduct regular stock audits and manage inventory accuracy.
  • Coordinate with suppliers for ordering and ensure timely deliveries
  • Achieve sales targets and drive profitability through effective store management.
  • Implement promotions, sales strategies, and events to boost sales.
  • Analyze sales performance and recommend improvements to enhance revenue.
  • Ensure that products are displayed in a visually appealing manner.
  • Regularly update product displays to reflect current trends and promotions


Requirements:

  • SSCE, OND, HND, or BSC majoring in Business Administration or other related fields.
  • Experience in Management and Operations is an added advantage.
  • 1-2 years of proven experience as a Store Manager or in a similar retail management role.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-focused with the ability to resolve issues effectively.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Knowledge of legal outfits and accessories is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
