Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Sales & Customer Service:
- Achieve and exceed store sales goals through effective team management and customer engagement.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service, personalized assistance, and knowledge of our luxury products.
- Implement sales strategies and promotions to attract and retain high-end clients.
Store Operations:
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening, closing, stock management, and visual merchandising.
- Maintain inventory accuracy by conducting regular stock checks and coordinating restocks when necessary.
- Ensure that the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing in line with brand standards.
Team Leadership & Management:
- Recruit, train, and supervise store staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Set performance objectives, provide coaching, and conduct regular performance evaluations.
- Address any staff-related issues promptly and professionally.
Financial Management:
- Monitor store expenses and manage the store budget effectively.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and share insights with upper management.
- Handle cash management processes, ensuring accuracy in financial transactions.
Brand Representation:
- Represent Fasha Luxury Store’s values and culture both within the store and with external clients.
- Ensure all team members are knowledgeable about Fasha’s luxury product lines and uphold the brand image.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience as a Store Manager or similar role in luxury retail.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills, with a focus on building long-term client relationships.
- Proficiency in retail management software and POS systems.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
