We are seeking an experienced and skilled Store Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our supermarket. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing store performance, leading a team of employees, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage retail staff and people working on the floor.
- Ensure pricing is correct & appropriately displayed.
- Oversee proper shelf display based on the Store Planogram.
- Assist HR & Store Supervisors in Coaching, counselling, and training Shopfloor Staff.
- Evaluate on-the-job performance.
- Identify current and future trends that appeal to consumers.
- Ensure merchandise is clean and ready to be displayed.
- Maintain inventory and ensure items are in stock.
- Keep up with fluctuating supply and demand.
- Ensure promotions are accurate and merchandised to the company’s standards.
- Utilize information technology to record sales figures, for data analysis and forward planning.
- Ensure standards for quality, customer service, and health and safety are met.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or equivalent related degrees in social sciences.
- Ability to manage people, improve operations, and maintain a healthy culture.
- Demonstrated leadership and decision-making skills.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Team-oriented thinking and action; Flexibility and adaptability to changing situations.
- High proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office tools.
- Detail & Result orientation; Must be able to identify and resolve problems promptly.
