Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused In-Store Sales Specialist to join our team at Estin Surgical, a leading provider of medical supplies and equipment. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in selling medical supplies, a strong understanding of basic medical tests, and excellent customer service skills.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate medical supplies and equipment.  
  • Provide detailed product information, including features, benefits, and usage instructions.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash, credit card, and other payment methods.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked store environment.
  • Assist with inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and displayig products.
  • Administer basic medical tests, such as blood pressure, sugar level, and pregnancy tests (training and certification may be provided if needed).
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat busines
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest medical supplies, equipment, and industry trend
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and store objectives.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in selling medical supplies and equipment.
  • Knowledge of basic medical tests and procedures (BP, sugar level, pregnancy test).
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with customers and understand their needs.
  • Strong product knowledge and ability to explain technical details clearly.
  • Proficient in using POS systems and processing sales transactions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism.
  • Must reside close to Ogba in Ikeja, Lagos State.
  • Female most preferred for this role


Additional skills:

  • Certification or training in medical assisting or a related field.
  • Experience in inventory management and stock control.
