Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Keep track of all parts and supplies coming in and going out of the store.
- Receive, label, and store items properly.
- Issue parts and supplies to the workshop or other departments when needed.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and do regular stock counts.
- Reorder items to make sure the store is always well-stocked.
- Report any missing, damaged, or extra items.
- Help prepare inventory reports and support audits when needed.
- Keep the store clean, safe, and well-organized.
- Work with suppliers and other departments to sort out order or delivery issues.
- Follow company policies and safety rules in the store area.
Requirements:
- Experience working as a Store Keeper or in a similar role (automotive or workshop experience is a plus).
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and storekeeping.
- Comfortable using inventory software and Excel.
- Good attention to detail and recordkeeping.
- Able to organize work and handle multiple tasks.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Honest, responsible, and able to work independently.
