Storekeeper

Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and record deliveries of materials, tools, and equipment.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, including stock levels and usage reports.
• Conduct regular stock audits to ensure accuracy and prevent discrepancies.
• Ensure materials and equipment are stored securely and in an organized manner.
• Label, categorize, and manage storage areas for easy identification and access.
• Implement proper handling and storage practices to prevent damage or loss.
• Issue materials, tools, and equipment to site personnel as per project requirements.
• Track usage and return of issued items, ensuring proper documentation.
• Coordinate with procurement and project teams for timely replenishment of stock.
• Prepare and maintain records of stock movements, receipts, and deliveries.
• Generate periodic inventory and usage reports for management review.
• Monitor and report low stock levels or irregularities promptly.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards in storage and handling.
• Keep the store area clean, organized, and free from hazards.
• Identify and address potential risks related to storage and inventory.
• Liaise with suppliers for deliveries, returns, and quality issues.
• Verify delivery notes and invoices against received goods.
• Communicate any shortages, damages, or discrepancies to relevant stakeholders

Requirements:

• At least 4 years of working experience.
• Proven track record as a store keeper
