Responsibilities:

- Organize and store items systematically to ensure easy accessibility.
- Conduct regular inventory checks to monitor stock levels and identify shortages.
- Issue goods and supplies to departments as requested.
- Maintain accurate records of stock movements and transactions.
- Maintain detailed and accurate inventory records using manual logs or inventory management software.
- Generate reports on stock levels, shortages, and surplus items.
- Inspect goods upon receipt to ensure quality and quantity match purchase orders.
- Identify and report damaged or expired items.
- Assist in placing orders to replenish stock as needed.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Keep the store clean, organized, and safe.

- Train junior staff or assistants in storekeeping procedures if needed.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in inventory management or supply chain management are a plus.
- Proven experience in a storekeeping, inventory control, or warehouse management role.
- Proficiency in using inventory management software and basic computer applications (e.g., MS Excel).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage stock efficiently.
- Attention to detail for accurate record-keeping and stock monitoring.
- Physical stamina to lift, move, and organize goods as required.
