Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Inventory Management: Keep track of stock levels, ensuring that inventory is well-organized and maintained. Perform regular stock checks and update inventory records. Reorder supplies and products as needed to prevent shortages.
- Receiving and Inspecting Deliveries: Receive and inspect incoming goods to ensure they meet quality and quantity standards. Properly document shipments and reconcile any discrepancies with suppliers.
- Storage and Organization: Organize products or materials in a systematic manner for easy access and retrieval. Ensure that storage areas are clean, secure, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Record-Keeping and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of inventory, receipts, and dispatches. Prepare reports on inventory levels, turnover rates, and other key metrics.
- Customer or Team Support: Collaborate with other departments or team members to fulfill orders or requests. Occasionally assist customers in locating products, if applicable.
- Compliance and Security: Enforce security measures to prevent theft or damage to inventory. Comply with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
