Structural Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Design and analyze structural systems for various projects, including residential, commercial, and industrial buildings.
  
• Conduct feasibility studies and develop detailed engineering plans and specifications.
• Perform load calculations, material selection, and structural assessments.
• Collaborate with architects and other professionals to integrate structural design with architectural and functional requirements.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Use advanced software tools for structural analysis and modeling (e.g., AutoCAD, SAP2000, Revit).
• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to design specifications.
• Prepare technical reports and documentation for project stakeholders.
• Provide guidance and support to junior engineers and interns.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred or in progress.
• 2 years of experience in structural engineering or related field.
• Proficiency in structural analysis software and design tools.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and construction methods.

Remuneration: NGN 100,000 - 150,000
