Job Description/Requirements
This is a full-time on-site role for a Structural Engineer - Steel Fabrications in Lagos. The role involves tasks such as calculations, structural analysis, structural engineering, civil engineering, and computer-aided design (CAD) for steel fabrications projects.
Required Experience & Skills:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Structural or Civil Engineering.
• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in structural design and steel fabrication.
Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in structural analysis and design software (AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, Tekla, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of steel structures, connections, and fabrication processes.
• Experience in load calculations, stress analysis, and material testing.
Soft Skills:
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Certifications: Professional Engineer (PE) or Chartered Engineer (CEng) certification.
• Experience working in a steel fabrication company or related industries.
• Familiarity with 3D modeling software such as SolidWorks or Revit.
