Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Structural Engineer located in Ife, Osun state. The Structural Engineer will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing Agricultural construction projects. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing structural drawings, developing structural plans, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, resolving design issues, and liaising with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project specifications are met.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field
• Proficiency in structural design and analysis software (e.g., AutoCAD, STAAD, SAP2000)
• Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and construction methodologies
• Effective project management, documentation, and reporting skills
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills
• Strong experience in Agricultural construction, including farmhouses, poultry houses, warehouses, and processing plants
• Professional Engineering (PE) certification is advantageous
