Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute student recruitment marketing strategies and lead-generation campaigns.
  • Drive paid advertising across Google, Facebook, and LinkedIn to attract quality leads.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to inform targeting and messaging.
  • Oversee SEO, content creation, and social media to strengthen brand visibility.
  • Build and maintain CRM strategies.
  • Train, manage, and motivate recruitment and marketing teams to exceed KPIs.
  • Track performance metrics and implement data-driven improvements.
  • Represent the company at education fairs, workshops, and social media engagements.
  • Maintain a high level of customer service with prospective and current students.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, admissions, and strategy teams.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in education consulting and digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of UK universities, admissions, and visa processes.
  • Proven record in digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, and social media.
  • Experience using CRM tools for lead nurturing and workflow automation.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in team leadership, coaching, and performance management.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet tight deadlines.
  • High attention to detail and data-driven decision-making.
