Job Summary
The Institution Representative Manager is primarily responsible for recruiting and coordinating activities of the class representatives within the institutions they manage. They are also responsible for following up with reps regularly to ensure that they meet the agreed targets for their class. This is a fully remote telesales role.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Search for and register new class representatives for the tertiary institutions.
- Maintain rapport with new and existing class representatives, and follow up with them to meet weekly, monthly, and quarterly sign-up and paid program enrollment goals.
- Coordinate departmental giveaways and work with the department representatives to ensure that it is properly utilized to our interest and dispatched appropriately.
- Meet the target number of students to enroll in two programs (beginner and intermediate levels)
Requirements:
- 1 year experience
- Minimum of OND
