The company is diversifying its study destinations to include Canada, the USA, Australia, and Europe. Hence, we are recruiting counselors who will oversee these study destinations to assist and guide prospective students on their choice of universities and application processes.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to and support student recruitment within Nigeria.
- Support the ISRSM to achieve objectives set out in the international strategy for student recruitment in Nigeria.
- Represent the Company at external recruitment events and provide specialist advice and guidance to prospective international students, parents, and their advisors on all aspects of studying in the UK.
- Contribute to enhancing the brand profile and conversion of enquirers through to enrolment utilizing a range of communication methods.
- Support with account management of established and potential recruitment partners, such as Education Agents, and supporting the development of these partnerships.
Requirements:
- A first degree or equivalent (HND) in a relevant subject
- Experience in the US, Canada, Australia, and Europe education, policy, or business sectors
- 2+ years’ experience in student recruitment and admissions
- Demonstrated experience and knowledge of strategic problem-solving frameworks, and project management skills
- Ability to liaise with stakeholders and influence people of a diverse range of backgrounds
- Effective knowledge of policy constraints and legal requirements (e.g. immigration policy)
- Effective knowledge of international qualifications frameworks
Additional Skills:
- Well-developed interpersonal skills and the ability to advise and influence others
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, particularly report writing, presenting in public, and the ability to convey complex issues concisely and clearly
- Excellent organizational skills, including the ability to organize and run high-quality events Strong analytical skills
- Confidence in using a range of software applications
- Ability to work under pressure, delivering to tight deadlines and balancing conflicting priorities
- High level of IT literacy, including desktop applications, MS software, databases, and an understanding of digital communications
- Proficiency in one or more foreign languages
- Cross-Cultural Competence
- Willingness to travel extensively and ability to cope with what this entails
- Highly developed capacity to work as a team member across broad networks
- Capacity to work flexibly under conditions of resource restraint and to manage the uncertainty associated with a dynamic environment
