Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an IET Services Projects Representative. The role involves managing and overseeing IET service projects on a day-to-day basis, coordinating with clients and stakeholders, ensuring project timelines and deliverables are met, and providing regular updates on project progress. The successful candidates would work from Lagos and Port Harcourt respectively.

Responsibilities

• Create intercompany Purchase Orders for IET Services projects in Nigeria.
• Raise invoicing workflows for revenue recognition of completed jobs.
• Reconciliation of customer orders with intercompany orders for OTD tracking.
• Perform goods receipt of orders raised on sourcing ERP (Ariba).
• Receivables/Past Dues tracking; and cash collection application management.
• Customer engagement for cash dispute resolution.
• Be the project interface to drive quarterly (or as requested by the customer) National Content Development (NCD) reporting with the company's Local Content team.
• Provide support to project teams in parts shipping management.
• Past Dues performance report out to Leadership.

• Able to manage high peak workload.
• Fluent in English. Fluency in a second language is a plus.
• Knowledge of legal and financial matters in contract clauses, terms and conditions.
• Industry knowledge / competitive landscape understanding
• Ability to influence others and work with cross-functional teams.
