Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Subsidiary Managing Director at Zylus Group International. The role will be primarily located in Lagos but allows for some work from home flexibility. The Subsidiary Managing Director will oversee the day-to-day operations of the company's various subsidiaries, ensuring efficiency, growth, and alignment with the company's strategic goals.

- Leadership, Strategic Planning, and Decision-Making skills
- Experience in managing multiple business sectors and subsidiaries
- Financial Management and Budgeting skills
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
- Strong Business Development and Networking abilities
- Knowledge of Real Estate, Investment, and Human Capital Development industries
- Experience with Regulatory Compliance and Industry Standards
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field; MBA preferred
